Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
